Custom Designs

A large part of ESE's business is creating custom designs for our customers. We can either modify an existing standard unit or combination of units to fit a particular need, or create a custom product from scratch.

To date, ESE has created over 2300 "special products". When you place an order for a "special", your product will be assigned a "Special Part Number", such as "ES-3100" (typically, anything over "ES-1000" is, or was, a special). This will be the product name for all intents and purposes. A "special" generally requires a non-recurring engineering charge, which consists of $175.00 plus any hardware / software development costs, which will vary depending upon complexity. Rush orders can be accommodated for a 10% premium, if premium time is available.
